FLDS hearings, if found guilty will all of them go to jail?

Jail is one thing but sterilization and snatching kids is not governmental rights.Dangerous suggestions there. If the government did such acts against these people then it would cease to be the United States of America that we know. Does government have that right and that power? I do not think it should. I am mixed as to this situation. I am not for girls this young marrying but are these children all truly abused? Perhaps they can agree to at least wait until these girls are adults legally? I would never permit my children to marry so young but part of me wonders how a married pregnant 15 year old is so much more offensive to others when I can point out 15 year olds with two children by two different fathers. Indeed some do not know who the fathers even are in my small town. Not condoning this just truly confused.
