Has anything like this happened to you?
hasnt happened to me, sorry to admit that i do like meat. But just eating fruit juices and fruit, that gives you a lot of sugar and even though it does offer some vitamins and minerals of what you need daily, you are still missing a lot of all the other things a person needs for their body to function properly. You were probably malnourished. Those crazy diets like the one you tried and the gfruit diet and so on are potentially harmful if done long enough. Do research about a diet that doesnt cut out entire food groups, but that limits certain foods and adds other foods that are good for your body type and help with your metabolism. your weight loss will last longer and you wont be hurting yourself in the process. Youll be doing it the healthy way.
