Real person with a personality of Doctor Who (as portrayed by David Tennant)?

Hi! Im a big fan of Doctor Who and adore David Tennant in his role. I just wonder if anyone ever met a man like his character in real life? I DON'T MEAN ALL THIS SINCE-FICTION STUFF ,TIME LORD, TIME TRAVEL ETC obviously im talking only about personality - clever, handsome, charismatic, kind, funny ,spontaneous and a bit crazy, a bit cheeky? Lol i would really love to meet a guy like that only don't know if they exist.....i always meet a very ordinary guys...and i hate ordinary.
