When will (if ever) India's economy/military surp China's?

I don't think so because india has too high a birth rate, heavy poverty in areas, more migration and smaller army than China so it seems it won't surp China anytime soon. China is on the verge of industrialisation as well so that will increase the economy and military power significantly.
