No periods in 12 months & regular brown discharge?

This is quite a sensitive subject so please no jokers.I feel there is something seriously wrong with me now.Im sore below alot and itchy , pain with this looongctime,and have not had a period in a year id say now just smelly lumpy brown discharge..anyone able to help? im afriad its to do with pre cancer cells id removed 2 year ago..going to my gp,i ant leave it any longer..HELP !!
