Even though this is gross, I am constipated and don't know what to do?

I had wisdom teeth surgery early Tuesday morning and I eat a lot of ice cream and take pain medication, antibiotics, and stool softeners. I tried going #2, but it hurt. Sorry. What should I do?:/
