Getting my pword for Myspace?

Someone had hacked into my account and changed things around. SO... I changed my pword and of course forgot to write it down. I tried to retreive my pword and I never got an email. I emailed customer service and have sent 3 salutes..... How long does it take them to respond... this was 4 days ago.
