Lifespan of a domesticated cat? How old has your oldest cat lived to be?

My oldest cat, Smokey lived 21 years, she ped away when I was 19 years old. She was the family cat that I grew up with,my Mom's cat. The next oldest cat was 18 years of age when she ped away,Miss Kitty. Miss Kitty died of the dreaded virus that was first identified about the time she died, however she still had a long life. Most of my cats have lived more than 15 years,they get regular Vet visits and shots.
