How do I do an in-text citation and reference when writing the fourth amendment in an APA style paper?

I am doing an APA paper on search and seizures. I want to add the fourth amendment to my paper. As you know, everything must be cited and referenced. Do I write the fourth amendment like a quote using size 10 font, single spaced, and double tabbed? How do I do the in-text citation? How do I reference it on the reference page? Do I reference the book I read it in? Thank you.
