Need QB, WR, and TE help. ?

Do I start Farve @ Washington or Orton @ home vs Vikings? Also, I need to start one out of Lance Moore, Donnie Avery and Joey Galloway (if he is active). I also have Tony Scheffler - since Scheffler probably won't play, do I pickup Daniel Graham for the week or should I start Alex Smith on Tampa Bay? Advice is appreciated! Thanks.
