Is there any addon through mozilla firefox to telly ou when you have new mail through yahoo?

i want an addon that is like outlook or whatever you call it windows something that lets you check your email through mozilla either it have a small tab on the side of the window with a inbox of your messages or a quick link to go to yahoo mail or something anything to make me be able to check my mail faster is there anything like that?
