Need help interpreting email from ex-boyfriend?

Was seeing someone for almost two years, then I broke up with him last year because our priorities were not compatible -- have recently begun emailing each other again -- without over-yzing, just need to know that his most recent email ended with my name and then three ellipses -- am I wise to interpret that as his desire to continue hearing from me?
