Are the vegetables sold in Grocery stores like Reliance and other stores are fresh?

The vegetables and fruits sold in Reliance and other stores are garden fresh, especially Reliance. I have been a regular purchaser of vegetables and fruits at Reliance, and never had an incident to complain about its freshness. There is a regular inflow of vegetables and vegetable are stocked2/3 times a day, as the stocks run out. Worth a visit for new customers.
