AutoInsurance Denied my claim. they said 50/50 fault, i say not my fault...?

hire an attorney and sue your insurance company. and don't say one word to them again ... all communication goes through your attorney. start calling around. there are plenty that will take your case. i'm telling you, i've been there and even thought i didn't like the idea of suing my insurance company i did it because i knew the right thing was for them to pay out - that's why i have insurance. it wasn't my fault, i wasn't skirting responsibility, i just did what i had to do. i hope you don't struggle with idealistic ethics questions on this one - take care of yourself, no one else will.
