Civil lawsuit, questions regarding process?

I have filed a suit against a former employer in Ohio. The other side has requested summary judgement basing the argument on an affidavit filed by the other side as well. I have proof the person who gave the affidavit lied, but my attorney wants to try to settle because he says we have a weak case. I know that the proponderence of evidence we present must be clear, I know it is our responsibility to prove everything, and so knowing, have collected the same. But my attorney will not move, I asked him to review evidence we have to refute the affidavit, but he has done nothing. Can I go to the Bar ociation, will that help at all, or can I ask the judge to ign a new attorney? Again, this is in Ohio. Thank you.
